Hypnosis is relaxation and at all times you will be totally aware and awake. The hypnosis is a normal and natural state of mind which is very pleasant; you are not asleep and your conscious mind is simply in a quiet state while your subconscious mind is able to focus on images and memories more easily. You will also be able to converse freely, and you will have a heightened awareness of everything that is happening. Hypno-analysis is a very effective therapy which is aimed to help you re-experience, unlock and set free, negative feelings from your past. Realization: a re-programming of the subconscious mind often with life changing results achieved within several hours.
"I've been so much better since our last session. I've sorted out my website, stepped out of next year's teaching (which is such a relief), and started to create some space to finish off my Personal Training qualification. I just feel lighter somehow".
